When you initiate a swap:

• You send the asset you want to exchange to the address provided when you create the order.
• The asset is exchanged and returned to the wallet you specified during order creation.
• There are no centralized balances — funds are processed only within the scope of each individual swap.

• We do not store user funds
• We do not manage private keys
• We do not store sensitive user data
• All connections are secured, and the system operates in a fully automated mode without manual intervention

You can perform exchanges without creating an account or providing personal information.

If the amount sent does not match the expected amount:

• With a Fixed rate, the transaction will not be completed and you will need to contact support for manual handling
• With a Variable rate, minor deviations usually do not affect the transaction being processed normally

In case of a refund, funds are returned to the original sending address.

By default, BitXchange operates without registration and without requesting personal information — KYC is not required in the standard usage scenario.

In rare and exceptional cases, unusual transaction behavior may result in a temporary suspension of the order for additional review.

At the user's request, we may also provide a preliminary funds check before order creation, if the user wants to ensure in advance that there are no potential risks.

In such cases:

• The order is handled in accordance with our Terms and compliance policies
• BitXchange does not hold or use funds arbitrarily
• After the review is completed, the swap will be finalized or a refund will be issued
• The user will be notified of the outcome

By default, swaps are final.

Cancellation is possible only if:

• The transaction cannot be completed, or
• Technical or compliance-related reasons arise

Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with our Refund Policy, not at the user's discretion.
